  • After I accidentally smashed the front screen of my 11 inch iPad Pro (2nd gen), I emailed SimplyFixIt for a quote. Once I had the time to get it fixed, I thought I’d try a different place in Fairview mall since it was closer to me. However, after the workers spent a lot of time confused for some reason, they gave me a very expensive quote. I’m very glad I decided to take a trip to Cambridge instead where they honoured the quote from my email. They fixed it a day later and it looked brand new! Now hopefully I can make it last another 4 years!

  • The gentleman in store did absolutely amazing, he was quick less then a hour and he was ready to help and take a few extra minutes of his shift when he was done at 5pm and closing, to help make it possible to fix my spouses phone it works like brand new and we can't thank you enough!   • Never go here. Yash told me a price for my phone cause I was gonna sell it and then ended up dropping the price two days later over 60$ drop. Wouldn’t let me speak to a manager either. Don’t waste your time coming here
