EDIT ** i encountered another issue with my computer, but due to having to wait a month previous for my other repair- i waited approx 15 days to report this new issue. once i attempted to report this issue i was told that due to my delay on reporting ? their theory that this new issue had no connection to repairs they had done- simply fix it denied to help with this new issue. for this reason and basic neglect of my device repair- i asked for a refund. after escalating this issue to upper management after getting laughed at by technicians- i was told i could get 100 dollar refund- but in order to get this money i needed to delete my previous review..... WILD. I was ghosted by the head manager for over a week via phone until I went to the location to settle this issue in person. {where they made me sign a word doc with my name spelled wrong} This was an awful experience and i wouldn't bring my devices back- just for the sake of the poor customer service. original post: they did fix my device. But it took a significantly long time and it didnt feel like their was any respect for my time. it had to be "sent out" for repair which prolonged the process significantly. after waiting 3 ish weeks for my computer, when i got it back something was not re attached properly leaving some controls on my computer useless and then it had to be sent out again..... (they did fix the second problem for free) it was estimated that it would be back in a week and it did take approx 3 days longer then that. my computer was updated... without my permission which i thought was odd. and aside from "sorry" and "this is unfortunate" their was no attempt at compensation for what happened or my time. i think if its a simple fix they can do in house, this is a fine spot to go, but any large issues on devices- cut the middle man out n send ur device to a shop urself.
